This is a dev@ list topic... although some people might not be interested, it is a public topic. "least 3 positive votes and no negative votes after three days, then the Committer is converted into a PMC member." --> "least 3 positive votes and no negative votes after three days, then the Committer is invited into the PMC." (I didn't have karma to make the change myself. Anyone knows how the Confluence permission system is set up? ) Cheers Niclas
