yes - please raise JIRA issues for these points, as it helps with tracking,
etc.
having issues logged in JIRA can be a good motivator for getting things
fixed :)

And related, is there any other repository then the one from osgi

afaik, the oscar one is mostly there as an example - there has been talk
of setting up an OBR for Felix, which I think would be useful and is easier
now we have the maven-obr-plugin (we could also have an OBR at OPS4J)

the Eclipse folks are also looking at OBR and how it would fit with the p2
project and other repositories / plug-in update sites - so it is becoming
more popular.
