Resolution: Fixed
Made a couple of other fixes so using a classifier works with the OBR goals
(basically append the classifier to the bundle version, so it doesn't clash
with the main entry in the OBR - which also means the id matches better with
the location in the local Maven repository).
Deployed 1.3.0-SNAPSHOT with the fix.
