yep - I decided not to add a license header to the build.xml file
because a) I consider it trivial and b) it will be part of the user's
generated project, and I didn't want to push a license onto them.

the Ant scripts generated by the ant plugin also have no license,
it's just that here we use a template file to produce it, rather than
Java code (but I consider both 'generated' content).
