Resolution: Fixed
I committed initial implementations of these commands. Currently, they are
called "requires" and "requirers" to print the bundles required by and
requiring the specified bundle, respectively. I am not completely satisfied
with the "requirers" command name, so perhaps someone has a better suggestion.
