Would it be possible for someone to apply the attached patch ?
I have some tests available that depend on this patch.
When these test have been added we might also consider a first release
for the device manager ;-)

I propose that we update the versions of the test jars used within
Apache Felix:
junit 3.8.1 -> junit 4.0
easymock 1.2 -> easymock 2.4
I also propose we add the dependency to mockito (1.7)
