We still are including the "load" directory which is generated when
the tests are run. I think we just need to ignore it.
Just a brief explanation. The load folder is not on the SVN (ignored).
However when assemblies are built, tests are executed and the load
folder created. So, it's definitely tricky to avoid embedding this
folder except if fileinstall embeds its own assembly descriptor.
