If you cannot create a simple test to reproduce it, then it sounds specific to
your use case. Are you updating/uninstalling/refreshing bundles in your use
case or is it a static set of bundles?
How big is your application and how easily does it reproduce the issue? If it
is not too large and it reproduces the issue reasonably often, I can try to
take a look at it if you want to send it to me offline. I shouldn't need the
source, just the binaries.
