I will try to clarify what happen: I have made two tentative for
releasing the artifacts. During the first tentative [1] I gathered

After that the first tentative was canceled I have fixed the issues
reported by the community and try to release the artifact again by

think leaded to misunderstanding. In fact, within the 72 hours of the
second tentative theree PMCs voted with a +1 [6,7,8] which took me to
consider the voting a success and I proceeded with releasing process [9].
