Resolution: Fixed
Fixed the rendering issues in Rev. 817577
* The tabs are hidden while being loadded
* A short message is displayed that loading takes place
* After loading the tabs are setup, the message is hidden and tabs are shown
Also disabled the aninmation while switching tabs.
In Rev. 817623 implemented a new end-of-line implementation writing "<br/>"
instead of "[CR]LF" because IE does not honor the "white-space: pre" setting
(correclty).
Tested these fixes on Linux, Windows XP and Windows Vista with major browsers:
Firefox, Opera, Chrome, Safari and IE
