[karaf][shell] Do not print stack traces on exceptions

As of version 1.0.0 Karaf shell will print stack traces in case of an
exception. This is not very "user friendly" as it only clutters the console
without any relevant info. I suggest that printing or not the stack traces to
be configurable via a framework/system property with a default value of "fals"
= not print them.
