Hi, the next ApacheCon US is just days away. (http://www.apachecon.com)
On tuesday evening we will have a special meetup of OSGi in general and all related projects at Apache like Felix, Sling, Ace (incubated project), or Aries (incubated project). So this is THE place to be on tuesday evening! This meetup is organized by the members of the projects community itself and has an open agenda, for which anyone can propose a talk, covering a wide range of subjects. The meetup brings together a diverse crowd: committers, users and people merely interested in this topic - and it's free! And of course all this is supposed to be fun :) In order to organize this event, please add yourself to the following page if you plan to attend: http://wiki.apache.org/apachecon/FelixMeetup And spread the word! The event itself is self-organized, we will allow all kind of short presentations (ranging from zero to 15 minutes maximum) - of course they should somehow either cover OSGi or one of the associated projects :) This is YOUR chance to participate and present some cool stuff. See you in Oakland! PS: If you want to discuss something about the meetup please respond to the Apache Felix users list - we don't want to spam all the receivers of this email :) Thanks Carsten -- Carsten Ziegeler cziege...@apache.org
