Resolution: Fixed
Implemented in Rev. 830947.
The Activator now directly calls Bundle.getBundleContext and the code to
reflexively find the bundle context from the Bundle is removed.
The DependencyManager.getFrameworkService() method now uses the compareTo
method to find the service with the highest service ranking.
