Description:
currently add-features-to-repo only copy dependencies artifacts from local
maven repo, so we have to add all need dependency into pom.xml.
This is painful especially if we use some features descriptor from other
project and there are same artifacts dependency with different versions, the
features-maven-plugin should be able to parse the features.xml and download the
artifacts automatically, so that avoid adding each dependency into pom.xml
