Fix For: gogo-0.8.0
gogo 0.6.0 has broken backward compatibility with 0.4.0 for no real reason, so
we should get back to using the org.osgi.service.command package and keep the
new annotations in the current org.apache.felix.service.command package (not
sure why it's not org.apache.felix.gogo.command actually).
