Apache Felix started using a new file called DEPENDENCIES to convey all
included and used libraries and/or tools. This information formerly was located
in the NOTICE file, but does not belong there, really.
The Web Console License Page does not currently list those DEPENDENCIES file
and should be extended to do so.
