Saving config file to original location shouldn't add system properties

When a configuration ending with .config is written back to it's originating
location, system properties are also written out; service.pid,
serviceFactory.pid, felix.fileinstall.filename. These properties are filtered
out when writing back a .cfg file and should be filtered out of .config because
they are calculated each time the file is loaded.
