Attached to this issue, you can find a patch to the device access subproject.
Also, in a separate tar.gz file, a pax-exam based maven project is included
that performs some integration tests on the device manager. This is still work
in progress, but I include it to keep the repository up to date, and maybe
others might take a look at it. More improvements are welcome!
