1) yes, this is because felix is so smart and 2) The security provider is fully
complainent with the osgi r4.2 spec.
re: "out of sync" - we are in the middle of some bigger framework refactorings.
The provider works with the latest release. I'll get back to it when we are
done. Meanwhile, feel free to provide patches to keep it in sync.
