Resolution: Fixed
Initial implementation added in r1140890 - use "instructions" goal to save the
BND instructions to a file without building the bundle or manifest. The default
location is "target/instructions.bnd", but this can be customized with the
"dumpInstructions" parameter.
You can also set the "dumpInstructions" parameter to save BND instructions
during the "bundle" and "manifest" goals. (Set the "dumpClasspath" file
parameter to do the same for the BND classpath.)
