OSGi R4.3 requires that the system bundle provide generic capabilities for the
execution environment (deprecating the old approach) as well arbitrary
user-defined generic capabilities using the
org.osgi.framework.system.capabilities and
org.osgi.framework.system.capabilities.extra properties (similar to the
org.osgi.framework.system.packages and org.osgi.framework.system.packages.extra
properties). We need to implement this and provide default EE values.
