Hmm, so you say deploy() should return only newly installed bundles and not
updated ones ? I am not sure, whether is logical. I would rather imagine this
method to return all bundles the deploy method has touched, thus both newly
installed and updated bundles - if at all.
That's fine with me as well. On a second thought, that's better as one
can easily find out what's installed from the returned list.
