I've created a patch for this issue. I have set the required Felix version to
4.0.2. This caused some changes in Application and ConfigUtil.
I also removed the dependencies to osgi in all bundles, since felix brings all
osgi sources.
I have the feeling that the new solution with the BundleTracker is very slow
when starting up the application compared with the custom BundleTracker. Please
comment on this.
