Another proof-of-concept patch on how the BuildContext can be used to remove
old markers ( untested ) and files generated from previous runs ( tested ) .
I have a couple of TODOs left and also converted the existing notes about
refreshing the target folder into a TODO.
Removing the descriptor/metatype files works in Eclipse after renaming or
deleting a class file, but new descriptor files don't show up and updates ones
refresh when they are opened.
I'll post this here for feedback and I'll be able to put some more time into at
the end of the next week.
