I think we are the wrong addressee for this request. Therefore I resolve this
issue a won't fix.
I suggest you provide the OSGi Developer's list with more background on the
problem you want to solve and why the proposal is the right solution.
Also, to request new functionality to be specified you might want to use the
OSGi Alliance public bug tracker at https://www.osgi.org/bugzilla/
