Felix DS used to fail component activation if the defined bind method for a
mandatory reference as decvlared could not be found. See also this discussion
on the Felix Dev list: http://markmail.org/message/fe7zv3azniko7e3y.
In the meantime this has also been discussed in the OSGi Alliance and they
clarified that the component must be activated even though the declared bind
method could not be found. The CT and RI will be fixed accordingly.
So we must revert the commit from Rev. 1381440, too and thus ignore any outcome
of trying to call the method.
