David Jencks resolved FELIX-3717.

Resolution: Fixed
rev 1399527. Changed RefPair so we always set the service object explicitly,
modified BindMethod.getServiceObject to take a RefPair and (possibly) fill it
in, and made the invokeUpdatedMethod and invokeUnbindMethod call the
getServiceObject method.
