Fix For: scr-1.8.0
pax exam 2.4.0.RC1 uses the spring wrapper for junit, which is not published to
maven central. This is pulled in through
junitBundles() in the configuration method.
If we switch to pax exam 2.4.0 we can use the published servicemix junit
wrapper.
