David Bosschaert resolved FELIX-4368. ------------------------------------- Resolution: Fixed With commit http://svn.apache.org/viewvc?view=revision&revision=1591880 the main work for this issue is done. All of the Repository 1.0 CT tests pass, the OSGi org.osgi.service.repository.Repository Service is now available alongside the org.apache.felix.bundlerepository.RepositoryAdmin. Both services work on the same data model. The repository XML parser can deal with both old-style OBR XML as well with spec-compliant XML. The API for parsing the XML is the same. If the document being parsed has the namespace http://www.osgi.org/xmlns/repository/v1.0 it is assumed to be a spec-compliant XML, otherwise it is assumed to be old-style OBR xml. I'm sure that there are little loose ends here and there, but they should be filed as separate bugs. > Support OSGi Repository 1.0 Specification > ----------------------------------------- > > Key: FELIX-4368 > URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FELIX-4368 > Project: Felix > Issue Type: Bug > Components: Bundle Repository (OBR) > Affects Versions: bundlerepository-1.6.6 > Reporter: David Bosschaert > Assignee: David Bosschaert > > While logically similar, the Felix OBR does not yet support the OSGi > Repository Specification, chapter 132 in the Enterprise R5 spec > (http://www.osgi.org/Download/Release5) > This is a holder issue for this functionality. -- This message was sent by Atlassian JIRA (v6.2#6252)
