I've committed a first step implementing field injection in the same way method
injection is used leveraging all the available logic. I've also removed the
temporarily extra package and removed the parameter for the ReferenceMethod
class.
The XML parsing should be complete now.
Missing is the field type vs field reference check in FieldHandler and
implementing correctly the two strategies
