The problem is caused by the fact that the test is based on counting the number
of properties on a service. This is a bad idea since the framework may add more
properties to the service over time. This is exactly what happened with the R6
framework where the service.scope and service.bundleid properties are added to
the service properties. This messes up the accounting in this test.
