I've changed the compat implementation as explained above.
I also added a o.a.f.scr.info package with the ScrInfo and implemented it in
the same way the old one was implemented, so it's optional with a configurable
property. I wouldn't mind dropping the property and always registering it; that
way we could easily/always use it in the compat impl
