If you are uncertain about your patch or just want to find a second pair
of eyes, you can always open an issue (or an existing one) in the
tracker and attach your patch to it to solicit feedback. If you don't
hear any objections after a few days, just go ahead and commit it.

Hi.
I have been contributing to Apache Felix earlier (some years ago), but
I'm back to see how I can contribute further :-)
I know I still have write access to the repository, but I need to be
sure how the contribution flow should be done. Should I add a patch or
commit directly to the repository?
It's mainly bug-fixes that I am thinking of right now.
