Hi Carsten,

I'm doing some tests before voting and found that java8 is required for the
org.apache.felix.http.jetty-3.2.0.jar bundle.
is it expected ? I guess yes because jetty 9.3 is based on java8, right ?

(sorry if this is a silly question, I was using so far an old version of
webconsole and http jetty ...)
