Actually there are two issues fixed but not yet released for the bnd plugin (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FELIX/fixforversion/12332159 <https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FELIX/fixforversion/12332159>). Both are quite important IMHO as they either prevent using scr bnd plugin with maven-bundle-plugin 3.x or prevent from using that plugin on a central CI instance.
