There are some issues with the configuration plugin support:
- modifications from plugins with a ranking below 0 or above 1000 should be
ignored
- the cmRanking property should only be used if it is of type Integer (not
Number)
- we need to check to clear out bundleLocation before passing the properties to
the plugin
- auto properties need to be reset after each plugin call (needs to be checked)
