With a bundle config:
<Bundle-NativeCode>lib/jnilibijg.dll; processor=x86-64;
osname=win32</Bundle-NativeCode>
The dll won't be loaded on Windows Server 2012.
To fix this issue add the following properties in resources/default.properties:
felix.native.osname.alias.windowsserver2012=windows server 2012,win32
