[~tjwatson], any idea why this might be impacting felix and not equinox (other
than the obvious equinox is awesome ;-)?
IIRC, the one difference that sometimes impacted things was that felix tends to
resolve bundles one after the other while equinox prefers one big resolve all
bundles in one go. Could this be related or is it maybe just that equinox does
a timeout and goes with a suboptimal resolution at one point while we are
happily keep on trucking?
