I believe the release area at https://www.apache.org/dist/felix has the latest
release of every Felix subproject, and the download page lists most of them. I
think that having a project represented in “releases” and on the download page
implies that it’s maintained and that problems will be addressed by the
existing committers. For a lot of subprojects, this is no longer true: we even
list some as retired.

I suggest that we remove all the unmaintained projects from dist and the
downloads page.

If we agree that this is a good idea, I’ll propose lists of “keep” and “remove”
which we can then debate.

Note that all releases remain available in the archives, as well as from maven
central.
