OSGi R8 SCR implementation merged to master

Hi,

I have been slow to get a final release done for OSGi R8 SCR
implementation.  The R8 implementation is now merged into master.  I plan
to do a final release of the R8 SCR implementation next week using version
2.2.0.  Let me know if there are any outstanding issues you think need
addressed before the release.
