New release for osgicheck-maven-plugin?

Hi,
Would it be possible to release a new version of osgicheck-maven-plugin? The 
most recent version 0.0.1 (released in 2018) leads to NPEs with Java11+ byte 
code (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FELIX-6660). Some other issues have 
been fixed since the last release as well: 
https://github.com/apache/felix-dev/commits/master/tools/osgicheck-maven-plugin.
