We probably need to request dorny/paths-filter to be allowed. Not sure why it
suddenly stopped working, as it did before.
Error on CI:
dorny/paths-filter@v3 is not allowed to be used in apache/felix-dev. Actions in
this workflow must be: within a repository that belongs to your Enterprise
account, created by GitHub, verified in the GitHub Marketplace, or matching the
following:
