Fix For: healthcheck.core 2.3.0
Currently a Healthy (and Unhealthy) service is registered, depending on the
state. We should support in addition OSGi conditions
(https://docs.osgi.org/specification/osgi.core/8.0.0/service.condition.html)
For example, this would allow to use this for DS components
https://docs.osgi.org/specification/osgi.cmpn/8.0.0/service.component.html#service.component-satisfying.condition
