Due to the change to the http whiteboard with FELIX-6623, the web console uses
its own http context which getMimeType method always returns null. Therefore,
all resources spooled by the webconsole (including those from plugins) have
never a content type set.
This might for example break the webconsole UI where the browser expects the
content type of a css to be text/css.
