Description:
The default behaviour for relative redirects changed between Jetty11 and
Jetty12 (see https://github.com/jetty/jetty.project/issues/11947 and
https://github.com/jetty/jetty.project/issues/11014) which can cause
regressions.
We should make this behaviour configurable to allow for the same behaviour
