Paul Rütter updated FELIX-6872:
-------------------------------
Description:
The Dependency Manager did not support current JDKs and was the only Felix
sub-project still built with Gradle and bnd.
**Scope**
- Support current JDKs: build and test on Java 17, 21 and 25 (remove the
deprecated `AccessController` usage, update the libraries).
- Raise the minimum Java version to 11.
- Move the build from Gradle/bnd to Maven, like the other sub-projects, so it
is built, tested and released the same way. The Gradle build, the bnd workspace
and the Gradle release project are removed.
- Build the Dependency Manager in the GitHub Actions workflow.
**Result**
- New major versions, because of the Java 11 baseline: dependencymanager 5.0.0,
annotation 6.0.0, runtime 5.0.0, shell 5.0.0, lambda 2.0.0.
- The exported APIs are unchanged (baseline against r16).
- Each bundle is versioned and tagged individually from now on.
