As a new incubating project, we realize there are still many details regarding the release process and compliance that we missed or didn't fully understand. We truly appreciate your patience and detailed guidance in helping us spot these issues. We want our first release to be as solid as possible, so I will definitely proceed with RC3 to include these fixes. However, I plan to keep the current RC2 vote thread open for another 24 hours. This will allow the community and other members to review the current version and catch any other potential issues we might have overlooked. Once the 24-hour window is closed, I will cancel the RC2 vote and immediately initiate the process for RC3.
