I see that quite many of the templates are licensed under the LGPL. To me this seems bit risky. At least if the templates have significant artistic content (such pictures, not just page layout with colours), documents based on them would likely be considered derived works. As such, they too could fall under the LGPL. This could have very surprising effects on the users. Have you talked about this with the authors of those LGPLed templates? The Finnish templates provided at http://fi.openoffice.org/mallit.html have been put under public domain to make sure that using them is completely safe. And for the Finnish readers... Ainakaan minulle ei ole ollenkaan selvää, miten LGPL mallipohjan lisenssinä ylipäätään pitäisi tulkita. Pitäisin todennäköisenä, että jos mallipohja itsessään voidaan katsoa teokseksi, mallin tekijälle jäisi ainakin jonkinlaisia oikeuksia mallin pohjalta tehtyihin asiakirjoihin. Tällaista yllätystä emme mallien käyttäjille varmaankaan halua aiheuttaa.
