I am a project manage from Afghanistan. I am currently managing a smart-grid project in a national level. In this project, we need a bill payment solution for clients, who might have one or many smart-meters. After studying some open-source solutions, I reached to the point that I might be able to use Fineract for our bill payment module (with some customization) .
