Hello Fineract Community, I have notice a behaviour that is being caused when the System (Host) has set a TimeZone and the Tenant set in the Apache Fineract DB has a different TimeZone
In my opinion the Tenant Time Zone has priority over the System Time zone for that I have sent this PR for your review and discussion.
